Mercedes-Benz Canada offers complimentary FedEx Next-Day Air shipping on all orders that are at least $75. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes, so we recommend using a physical address to avoid a delay in receiving your shipment.
In addition to having the option to ship your order to an address of your choice, you may also choose to pick up your order at your local Mercedes-Benz dealer. While this is not guaranteed, often times if a dealership has your item in stock, it will be ready for pickup within an hour of the order being placed. You’ll always receive a follow up email alerting you when your order is ready for pickup. All in-store pickups must be paid at the time of order processing, not at the time of pickup.
Certain products that are considered “Dangerous Goods,” including batteries, fluids, shocks/struts, engine oils, and certain car care products are only available for in store pickup. Dangerous Goods items will be marked on the product page.
When your order is complete, you’ll receive an email to register your products for warranty. To complete your warranty, your VIN will be required. When you register you’ll receive a 2 year parts and labour warranty. All warranty repairs must be completed at an Authorized Mercedes-Benz Canada dealership.
